Join us for a sensory friendly Lego build at the Iowa City Public Library on December 27th from from 2:30pm-4:30pm at the Iowa City Public Library! This event is open only to individuals on the autism spectrum and their families. Siblings welcome!

Updates on Grandparent and Lisbon Caregiver Groups
Due to the holidays, the Grandparent group is meeting on December 3rd rather at it’s regular scheduled date on the 4th Tuesday of the month. Regular meeting date/time will resume in January. The Lisbon parent group will also now meet on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at Gwen’s in Lisbon. Both groups are facilitated by retired GWAEA Autism Consultant Sue Askeland. UAY Now Hosting “Neurodiversity Night” for Teens
United Action for Youth reserves the entire Jim Swaim Youth Center for Junior High and High School Students on the Spectrum and or those who have Anxiety during exclusive, sensory-friendly hours. All of our services including the Recording and Arts Studios will be available during the evening.
