Professor Len Sandler and Clinic Law Students served as primary drafters of the proposed rules in collaboration with Disability Rights Iowa, the ACLU, Drake Legal Clinic and several private lawyers.

There will be an overview of the process, the proposed rules, and an opportunity for questions and discussion.
